For competitive players looking to crush their competition!

SKATERS:
Take your game to the next level! Our High Performance camps are designed for players who play Tier 1 (AA/AAA/HSL) hockey and those who will be trying out for Tier 1 in the upcoming season. Sessions are designed to challenge players and push them outside of their comfort zone in a high tempo environment. High Performance camps will encompass all aspects of the game including Power Skating, Skill Development, Shooting, Passing, and Small Area games.

GOALIES:
Take your game to the next level! Our High Performance camps are designed for players who play Tier 1 (AA/AAA/HSL) hockey and those who will be trying out for Tier 1 in the upcoming season. Sessions are designed to challenge players and push them outside of their comfort zone in a high tempo environment. High Performance goalie camps encompass all aspects of the game including Goalie Specific Skating, Rebound Control, Angles and Positioning. Goaltenders will receive 2 hours of goalie specific instruction, 2 hours live puck reps, and 2 hours of dryland.

MVP High Performance Sample Schedule:
9:30-10:30am - On-ice skating + skills
11:00-12:00pm - Off-ice dryland
1:15-2:15pm - On-ice small area games and compete
