MVP After School Skates focus on all aspects of the game - Skating Mechanics, Passing, Shooting, Scoring, Small Area Games + Conditioning. Open to U11 and U13 Skaters (Co-ed). Choose what works best for your schedule with options to sign up for individual sessions or a full month package. New months will be added as ice times are solid
Dryland Training Add on - Train as hard off the ice as you do on the ice. MVP Dryland Training will be offered at 6:00pm following the same schedule as our after school skates program. Focusing on footspeed, power, and conditioning get a let up on your competition with our hockey specific dryland program.
On-ice Individual Sessions - $50/Skate
On-ice Monthly Package - $40/Skate
Dryland Training Individual Session - $25/Session
Dryland Training Monthly Package - $20/Skate
